- Preferential Distribution on HomeAway, VRBO, Airbnb, TripAdvisor and Flipkey - all optimized through our state-of-the-art portal. ($500 per year value)
- We absorb all booking fees on Airbnb & HomeAway (saving you up to 10% per booking)
- Custom website for YOUR home integrated into customer Facebook page ($360 per year value)
- We absorb all credit card fees (3% savings to you per booking)
- We collect and remit lodging taxes ($240 per year savings to you - plus a lot of work)
- We constantly monitor rates, occupancy and demand based on changing market conditions to ensure that you home is optimally priced
