We recognize that you have likely built a list of travelers who have inquired about or booked your vacation rental.  If you can't book someone into your home for whatever reason - your home is booked, or the needs of the guest don't match their needs for their next trip to Vail (or even other destinations!),  we will pay you 5% on all bookings that you direct to our team of vacation rental specialists. No need for you to call us, or provide us with the details, just send your contacts your unique link and the referral is automatically tracked. You will be notified instantly when we receive an inquiry from one of your referrals.

Here's how it works - impeccable lead tracking:

We will provide you with YOUR unique tracking code/link and unique toll-free number for you to promote in emails and/or on your website where you promote your vacation home.  When someone clicks on the link, and goes to our website(s)  YOUR toll-free number that we provide to you will be displayed for the guest. 
  • If the guest inquires via a form, you will be immediately notified by email that one of your contacts has inquired and that we will be immediately following up and attempting to book the guest into one of our many homes.  

  • If the guest calls your toll-free number (the number that we assign to you), calls are immediately sent to voice mail, and you will receive a copy of the voice mail message to let you know that we received an inquiry.  Our staff will promptly follow up to match the guest with one of our many properties.

Once the guest makes a decision (to book, or not), you will be notified of the status (usually within a few days).  For all bookings that convert to a booking within 6 months of receipt of the inquiry, you will receive 5% of the lodging total approximately 45 days BEFORE the arrival date - securely deposited into your bank account.
